His method
Gleb Arhangelsky's method combines philosophical and practical approaches to time management. Time management does not consist only of daily planners, schedules and deadlines. It is a discipline that allows you to use the non-renewable time of your life according to your personal goals and values. It doesn’t really matter whether you plan your day in a flexible or rigid way, use chronometry or self-motivation, Microsoft Outlook or a small notebook. Technique is secondary.
What matters most is finding your personal goals, goals that can last a lifetime, and managing your time accordingly, spending precious time resources on something you really want to do. In effect, time management is life management, gaining control of your life, reaching long-term personal and work-related goals, and finding a balance between work and personal life.
